A profile appears only when you play online: a nickname, a six-character tag and your quick-game rating. We keep no email or phone number. Games against the bot and on one phone need no profile — they live on your phone.
In the game
Онлайн (Online) → Удалить профиль (Delete profile) → Удалить (Delete). An internet connection is required.
What is deleted
- your nickname and tag — at once;
- complaints about nicknames — both yours and those about you;
- your device key is forgotten and stops opening anything;
- online games in progress count as a resignation.
What remains
The results of finished online games remain without your name — for your opponents these are their games too; moves and dice are erased 30 days after a game ends, as for everyone. The daily statistics don’t know who you are: they hold a random installation number not linked to your nickname, and it is deleted if no statistics arrive for 90 days. Games against the bot, on one phone and your history stay on your phone — uninstalling the game removes them. Server request logs are kept for 3 days and database backups, encrypted ones included, for no longer than 28 days, so after four weeks the profile is gone from them too.
If you no longer have the phone
Send us your nickname and tag (six characters — you can see them in Онлайн (Online), and so can the friend you played with). The profile will be deleted by hand within a week, exactly as the in-game button does. Email for questions and deletion requests: privacy@gornitsa.games.
