Support email
Please include the game’s name, your phone model, Android version and game version (you’ll find it in the game’s settings). A screenshot or a video of the problem helps a lot. Votchina tournament rules are on the How to run a tournament page.
I paid for a purchase, but it didn’t show up in the game
All purchases in our games go through RuStore. First, open the shop in the game and tap Restore purchases. Then check that the purchase is listed in the RuStore app, in the purchases section of your profile.
If you were charged but the purchase never arrived, email us with the order number from your RuStore receipt. We’ll grant the purchase manually.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds go through RuStore under the store’s rules: open the purchase in the RuStore app and send a refund request. If something doesn’t work, email us and we’ll help.
The game won’t start or keeps crashing
- Update the game in RuStore to the latest version.
- Make sure your phone has at least 500 MB of free space.
- Restart your phone.
If that doesn’t help, write to us. The easiest way is Settings → Report a problem in the game itself: the report with the game version and phone model is put together for you, and you see all of it before sending.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Games against a bot and two players on one phone work without a connection. You only need the internet to play online and to make purchases, and a messenger is enough for a game by correspondence.
I think the bot or the draw is rigged
In our games, randomness doesn’t depend on purchases or on whether you are winning or losing. You can replay any finished game move by move from History. If something looks odd, send us a link to the game or its number, and we’ll look into it.
How do I delete my data or account?
A Votchina online profile is deleted right in the game: Profile → Manage profile → Delete online profile. If you no longer have the phone, send us your tag — see How to delete your profile.
For our other games, email support with the subject “Data deletion”. We’ll delete your data within 30 days and let you know. More in the privacy policy.
I found a mistake in the rules or have an idea
Please write — we really need it. Nardy rules differ from one courtyard to the next, Votchina already has several rule sets, and we add variants when players ask.
